Rob was previously the CEO of Pilatus Bank in Ta’Xbiex, Malta, a private bank catering to high net worth individuals and financial institutions throughout Europe and the Middle East. In his role as CEO, he focused on operations and business development.
Rob has also worked as a Senior Partner for a leading mutual life insurance company, growing and managing a team of advisors, as well as serving as a Managing Director for A&R Capital Partners, a private equity firm. He traveled extensively while at A&R, conducting business in China, Armenia, Spain and St. Kitts & Nevis.
A veteran, Rob spent eight years in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Aviation Survival Technician (Helicopter Rescue Swimmer). He executed search and rescue missions on land and at sea in Alaska and California.
Rob has served on the boards of the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra, Boulder Crest Retreat for Wounded Warriors and The Viola Vestal Coulter Scholarship Foundation. He was featured as the cover story in Wealth and Retirement Planner magazine, writing about leveraging artificial intelligence to drive trading signals.
He enjoys fly fishing, snowboarding and painting. He lives in Gainesville, VA with his two children.
Dan is a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Public Accountant with a Personal Financial Specialist credential. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University.
He relocated to Fredericksburg upon graduation and has lived and worked with PBMares in the Fredericksburg office for his entire career. Dan currently lives downtown and actively supports not-for-profits in the local community. When not working, he enjoys spending his free time with his two children.

An active member of the Williamsburg community, David serves in leadership positions on numerous civic and charitable boards. David enjoys running, cycling, playing golf and spending time with family.
Craig’s varied background in financial services gives him a unique perspective in advising clients on their personal financial needs. He especially enjoys working with business owners on ownership transition and retirement planning issues.
Craig graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned a Master of Science in Resource Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
Craig is a member of the Professional Advisory Council of Bon Secours Richmond Health Care Foundation and serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Central Virginia. He is an active volunteer and has been involved in numerous community service organizations, including the Micah Initiative and Upward Basketball. Craig’s outside interests include cooking, travel, and on rare occasions, surfing on the Outer Banks.
Brad is a Senior Wealth advisor, providing wealth management advice and risk management planning to clients.
Brad is a former Senior Partner of a large mutual insurance company, where he focused on risk management planning for individuals and businesses. He is a subject matter expert in the area of risk management, specifically, business succession planning, estate preservation, asset protection and overall risk mitigation.
Brad attended Roanoke College and The University of Virginia. He was a goalkeeper for the Roanoke College Men’s Soccer team.
Brad is an active volunteer in his local community and has been a Partner in Hope with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for the past 13 years.
Brad is an avid golfer, bourbon collector, and award winning BBQ Pitmaster. He lives in The City of Fairfax with his wife Elaine.
Addison is a Certified Financial Planner. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Virginia Tech where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Alex is a Certified Financial Planner. In addition, he holds a Life Health and Annuities license in Virginia. Alex graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning. While at Virginia Tech, he joined the Financial Planning Association and continues to stay involved locally.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina. She resides in Williamsburg, VA.
She and her husband raised three children in the Fredericksburg area and now enjoy spending time with their three grandchildren.
